About Amanda
Amanda's journey into yoga began several years ago when she set out to explore various ways to restore her mental and physical health. The turning point came when COVID hit and she realized the importance of prioritizing her well-being. Yoga quickly became her go-to practice, offering her not just physical fitness but also mental clarity and peace. After experiencing profound positive changes in her mind and body, Amanda was inspired to share the transformative power of yoga with others. This passion led her to become a certified yoga instructor as well as a certified Mat Pilates instructor, where she now guides others on their own paths to healing and wellness. Through her private practice, Yoga with Panda, Amanda specializes in various styles of yoga and recently added her passion for mat Pilates. She also offers Sound Bowl Meditation as part of group classes and private sessions. Her classes are designed to help you find balance, strength, and inner peace. Come flow with Amanda and experience the revitalizing benefits of yoga for both your mind and body.

Youth Yoga and Breathwork
At Codman Academy, Amanda teaches youth yoga and breathwork — simple tools students can use in school when they feel frustrated or need to settle while sitting down.
Gentle, Injury-Aware Private Sessions
Private sessions can be kept gentle and modified to work around injuries, with an injury-aware approach. Please check with your clinician where appropriate — this is not medical treatment or rehabilitation. Amanda has not yet worked with people with disabilities or people in recovery, and she is absolutely comfortable doing so.
